KXBl-75/1140 (660) E mining flame-proof and intrinsically safe electric cabinet of heading machine is fitting for EBZ-75 heading machine, and it can cooperate with CXBl-24E mining intrinsically safe control box. It can control three return circuits (double cutting speed) as important part of EBZ-75 cantilever heading machine. Under coal mine with methane and explosive coal dust, it can make on-off control of EBZ-75 heading machine, and make protection and display for engines and control circuit.

Service Conditions

General working temperature: -5℃~+40℃.

Average Relative Humidity: No higher than 95% (+25℃).

Coal mine with methane and explosive dust

Able to bear the vibration of the heading machine and the horizontal installed gradient should be no more than 16°.

Without gas or steam which can damage the insulations.
