The BRW80/20 and the 80/35(former XRB2B(A)type) emulsion pump can be used with XRXT serial emulsion tank as a emulsion station which is mainly used to provide power, can be also used on other hydraulic device.

This pump station is composed with two pump and one tank. One pump is for normal using, the other is for standing by, and they can be used together if when it’s necessary. The working rate of the engine of the BRE80/20 80/35 can be changed according to the demand of the client.

The structure feature

*Horizontal three-plungers, cone shape suction and drainage valve.
*Quadruple explosion proof motor drive, rubber type coupling element, first grade cylindrical gear reduction.
*With safety valve, without unloading valve. The engine and pump are installed on one bottom.

*The pump head does not have to be unloaded while change the plunger.
