Suspended solid filling scraper conveyor is quite important to the “three under” mining, replace the remaining security coal pillar of the working face by filling solid, by doing this we can not only raise the recycle rate of coal, extend the duration of the mine,reduce the complex progress of raising the waste rock, but also avoid the problem of ground settlement.

Technical Features:

This scraper conveyor is mainly consisted of heading driving unit, middle groove, discharge chute, extendable tail and the scraper chain, which is with following features:

1. The machine is with good flexural properties to fit the variety height of the working face and the variety height of hydraulic prop. Its horizontal bending should meet the demand of transport of the hydraulic prop.
2. The body of the machine is strongly connected, the middle groove adopts the form of casting and welding. The grooves are connected by forging dumbbell to meet the strength demand in translation. Reducing the fixing rate and raise the working duration
3. The middle groove adopts movable insert plate of overlapping lap, there is one passage cylinder on each side. The filling of the goods is completed by the giving and taking of the movable insert controlled by the passage cylinder. The machine is adjusted in whole and quenched on the both sides,and then uses the mode of two-end surfacing wear-resisting layer to ensure the scraper’s strength, stiffness and abrasion resistance, to extend its duration.
4. The tail of the machine is extendable,compact hydraulic up tight and mechanical locking type telescopic mechanism is adopted, so it is convenient to adjust the per-tightening force of the chain to ensure the chain is in suitable statement of tightening which keeps the the chain and wheel in a good meshing condition. Reducing the chance of chain skipping or biting and increasing their duration.
