Technical requirements
The data size and outlook quality
1, The covering piece should be no smaller than 900mm, its thickness should be no thicker than 0.8mm
2, There should be no broken and flowed point on the frame part of the covering piece; there should be no falling or covering missing on the covering piece.
3, There should be no more than 5 pieces of broken point whose diameter should be no larger than 3mm with no falling off or skin broken which is no larger than 1mm².
The mechanical strength of the covering piece
The tensile strength of the covering piece should fit the data in the form 1.
The tear strength of the covering piece should fit the data in the form 1.
The adhesion strength should fit the data in the form 1.

C the anti-static property of the covering piece.
The anti-static property of the covering piece should be no larger than 3×108Ω.
D the heat resistant of the covering piece.
After taking the heat test, there should be no crackle or sticky on its surface.
The cold resistant of the covering piece.
4,packing transport storage
1 Every roll or mutable rolls covering piece can be packed with woven bag.
2 The product should not be cashed with other sharp objects, it should not be pulled on the ground. Sunshine and rain should be avoided during transportation.
3 The product should be stored in the storage room, it should not be piled up too much which may interfere the using quality. The touching with rubber and plastic goods should be forbidden,neither the direct sunshine nor rain. The temperature of the storage should be between －15℃～35℃, the relative wet degree should between 45-75%, and it should be kept 1 meter away the heat recourse.
4 Under the ruled condition of transportation and storage, its physical strength, flame proof and static proof ability will not be spoiled within one year.
