The crusher is installed at the landing part of the Reversing machine, it is used in crushing big lump coal from the reversing machine to prevent the transporting belt from damaged by big lump coal. The crushers have already formed a serial, the loading rate is from 75-400kW, the crushing ability is from 500-3500t/h, it is driven by the belt or the wheels.
The structure of the hammer crusher is simple,it can easily work with the reversing machine. The loading rate can reach 400kW, it enjoys a good crushing ability, and little resistance to coal flowing. The height can be adjusted to control the crushing thickness. The hammer crusher is driven by belt and wheels. Limited by the working rate of the belt, the wheel driving will be started when the loading rate comes to a certain degree.
The wheel driving system adopts the traditional driving model: “ generator-hydraulic coupler - retarder”. Compared with the belt drive, it avoids skidding coursed by overloading; energy losing coursed by shape changing which solves the problem of unstable of the belt of the big-working-rate crusher; adopting the traditional safely repairing model of “ generator-hydraulic coupler - retarder” is one of its features.
