The CMGC1.1-6 fixed type of mining car can be used in transportation in big underground tunnel,mid and small inclined shaft and underground ground transport. The CMGC1.1-6 fixed mining car can be divided into fixed tipping bucket type side discharging type,shuttle type and bottom dump style.

The CMGC1.1-6 fixed type is a main device to transport coal and wasted rock in underground tunnel. At the mean time, it also can be a short distant transport device which is used to transport sand,trees and rock in railway construction. The fixed coal car CMGC1.1-6 is simple in structure, tough, small in resistance,big loading and easy to fix, the unloading progress is to over come the whole body. It is mainly used in the mining well and the underground transporting of wasted rock and material. It can also be used goods transporting on the mining mountain and underground mining well. It usually is composed by carriage, frame,wheel set and the buffer section. It is usually 0.5t, 1t,2t and 3t.

The carriage and the frame of the CMGC1.1-6 mining car are fixed together, to finish unloading, the car turning machine should be used. Its basic element are carriage, frame, buffer section, connection and the working part. The frame is made of steel, which is able to take the driving force, stopping force, the impact force and the buffer section is installed at the two points of the frame, to reduce the crashing force between two cars. The connecting section is part of the connecting carriage and the mining car. The walking structure is made of 4 wheel and two bearing. The wheel should be added when the loading of the MGC1.1-6 is over 20 tone. For the mining car which has more than 2 couples of wheels, two couples of wheels should be consisted to a turning car, it is called bogie frame.

The CMGC1.1-6 fixed mining car can be divided into 1.5t and 3t mining car by loading,1.1m³ V shape tipping bucket car ,0.7m³,1.1m³,1.5m³ U shape tipping bucket car, 0.7m³,1.2m³ side unloading mining car and 1.5t,3t bottom dump mining car. It is widely used in coal, gold, iron ore, gypsum mine, we also produce different mining car according to our client’s will. The mining car we produce are stable, tough and well received by the public.
