Application

This serial of high pressure starter can be used in the environment which is full of methane and other explosive gases,it can be used in the three phase power current like 10kV,6kV,3.3kV, the rated current is 75A,150A,250A,300A,400A, soft start and soft starting,the soft starter is small in current, the start speed can be adjusted,reliable in performance, has little crash on the electric devices. It is a new product which can be used to replace traditional ones. It is widely used in the big seclude mining well, dirty water clean factory, power plant,pump machine, wind machine,compressor,lapping machine and conveyor etc.

Features

Thyristor group valve as main component in electric circuit, have features of advanced technology, working reliability, modularization structure, easiness to maintain etc. Adopting optical fiber transmitting technology to separate low and high voltage, adopting modern advanced digital signal disposal and system integration technology, excellent performance, high reliability and stability, adopting series anti-interference measures, having strong electromagnetic compatibility, adopting large size screen LCD displaying, film switch setting controller, easy to operate, man-machine interface good.

Modularization design, and have assistant track, easy to take out for overhaul.

Starting parameters can be set up according to loading performance in spot, loading types have high adaptability. Together with meddle and high voltage motor can form best mutual coordination of high performance device in various application areas.

Equipment composing: high voltage soft starter and composing equipment connect together in order to form one or two system, system separately soft start, hard start and stop operation or control ordered soft start and stop operation to two high voltage motors, simultaneously check operating parameters of them in real time.

Designing based on third generation digital microprocessor, have pump controlling function, comprehensive motor protection and simulation output function etc.

RS485 or CAN communication interface (using Modbus/profibus protocol), achieve entire controlling (soft start soft stop, dual adjustment etc instruction), and can be controlled by same host computer through shielding twisted-pair cables of mostly 32 sets soft starters.

Main technical parameters

 Anti-parallel several group thyristors are composed as CATELEC ,which is part of AC soft start segment in soft starter, the core component use ABB Inc thyristors; during starting process of motor, can auto-control motor according to predetermined cureve from customer request, and ensure making starter finishing starting process smoothly and reliably; after motor starting process finishing, adjuster control pick-up of AC connector, short-circuiting all SCR（sillicon control）, and make motor directly launching into power grid in total voltage operation.
