CQJZ (2) Series Mining Flame-proof and Intrinsic-Safety Vacuum Electromagnetic Starter with Several Circuits

Application

This serial of starter can be used in underground mining whose environment is full of methane,dust and other explosive gas ,under the power supply of 50Hz, rated voltage is 660V or 1140V and the no grounding three-phase power grid. It can be used as a turning on switch; when it appears the situation of over-loading,short circuit, over pressure, and under pressure, it will be shown on the screen. Equipped with low pressure,over loaded,under phase,short circuit and electricity leaking protection function. Remote control of single unit with two speed and double units with two speed, it offers protection to the mining machine, conveyor,engine of the conveyor, engine of the pump, cooling fans, tape machine, rolling machine, crusher and the loading machine, as well as the the circuit,which devotes to the auto control of the devices.

Equipped with power leaking ,over loading,short circuit,break phase,under pressure and voltage protection functions. It is high intelligent, stable performance, many kinds of controlling methods.

All detail date is shown in Chinese, the working condition,data and the type of the error of the switch can be shown on the screen. The custom display is user friendly, which is able to judge and fix the error accordingly.

The real-time system voltage and the condition of the valve is displayed.

All signal is digital, strong anti interfere performance, convenient connection, big amount of messages reliable in controlling.

Long and short distance and double speed control can be achieved. Different control ways,also can be designed according to the demands.
