Application

This series of starter is applicable in coal mine downhole and the places filled with methane, coal dust and explosive mixture, in the no grounding three phases power grid rated voltage 660V or 1140V, rated total current of 2000A, acted as starting switch of the equipments in mining zone and other working interface; it can automatically shut off power and indicate fault signal when the circuit is meeting the faults of overload, short-circuit, over-voltage, under-voltage etc, also have leakage circuit and protection functions such as under-voltage, overload, loss of phase, short-circuit and leakage closedown etc can operate with single set control, single set duplicate speed control, twin sets duplicate speed control to control motor, and change motor phase order through separated switch when ceasing. Control starting, stopping of motors such as mining machine, scraper blade conveyor, main motor of rubber belt conveyor, oil pump, cooling fan and rubber belt extension motor, rewind motor, crusher, transfer conveyor, and protect motor and supplying power circuit, to reach the aim, supplying power equipments are automatically controlled in mining zone and other interface.

Adopt demonstrating displayer, can indicate working state, parameters and fault type of switch, also have friendly customer interface, favorable man-machine dialog function, to greatly improve efficiency of judging fault and removing fault.

Indicating system: voltage, switch on-off state, three phases current of each loop on switch in real time.

All analog signals can be treated to digital signal, have strong anti-jamming capability, simple cable connection, bulk information quantum, reliable control etc.characteristics.

Can close and remote control and duplicate speed control.

Have completed self-check, self-diagnoses function, can easy to check protection and control system normal or not, and communication function with epigyny.

It has 127V of supplementary lighting and control power source.
