This device can be used in the big device which is used in the environment that is full of methane,dust and other explosive gas. In the power supply of 50Hz, voltage 1140V, 660V or 380V, it can be used as soft start, current limiting start, full-voltage start, natural stop and soft stop to three-phases squirrel-cage asynchronous motor with current equal of less than 400A, and has various protection functions like phase protection, under-current and over-current protection, imbalance current protection and so on.

The soft starter has complete self-diagnosis function and protection function, with protection of temperature, under-voltage, over-voltage, under-current, default phase, line fault, stall, leakage, thyristor fault, etc. In course of start and stop. Therefore, protection functions above make operating of soft starter become more reliable whatever various interferences and malfunction signals come from inside or outside.
