Application
KBSG serial mining explosion-proof dry type transformer is this kind of device which provides and distribute electricity. It has explosion-proof enclosure, and equipped with independent high/low voltage connecting cable cavity and inlet device as well as the movable supporting bracket and wheels.
KBSG serial mining explosion-proof dry type transformer is designed to be used in coal and metal mining and tunnel project which is with methane,dust and coal dust and easily to explosion. In the no grounding 50Hz AC three phases power circuit, primary side rated voltage 10kV or 6kV, dry type transformer secondary side rated voltage 3450V、1200V、693V and 400V, can be used as the electricity distribution equipment work with mining machine, conveyor，pump，fan etc.

Features
Adopt ripple rectangle cylinder type flame-proof enclosure, have excellent flame-proof performance and enough mechanical strength, and have good heat diffusion, top cover is easy to clear dust.
Transformer iron core use high quality cold rolling Grain-Oriented thin silicon steel plate, adopt no punching hole colligation processing craft, decrease empty load loss of iron core and current of empty load. Have low loss, low noise features also. The body design with no hung core structure to avoid inside looseness during transportation.
Adopt dupont Nomex-T410 insulating paper in winding circles and layers, efficiently ensure electric performance of circles, have strong heat impact resistance, high overload capability, excellent short-circuit resistance, good insulation performance, ensure transformer overload capacity in short time.
Adopt international advanced VPI vacuum pressure dipping lacquer equipment and craft, use H grade no solvent insulation lacquer, to avoid causing long-playing part discharge then aging and been punctured due of remained bubble between winding circles or/ and layers, winding circles after dipping, drying and solidification improve its mechanical strength and dampproof performance.
The body adopt H grade or C grade insulation material, have characteristics of hardness to burn, high fireproofing, no bringing harmful gases, no contaminating environment.
There is small temperature relay at top of the body, having over-temperature alarm function for transformer.
