Maintenance

To ensure the lifetime of the mining car, it should be examined everyday, and maintenance every month to guarantee that the wheel won’t be stuck. Lubricating oil should be regularly added. It should be cleaned once between time to ensure there is enough volume; check the anti off bolt whether it is banded or broke; check the bolt to see whether it is loose. The broken stuff should be timely replaced.

Note

during the progress of the being used, the loading of the mining car should not be more than rated number.

Working under the situation that the connecting part is broken should be forbidden.

The frame will crash the rim of the wheel virulently, so don’t use it when the wheel is in bad condition.

If the bolt or the three ring chain are greatly rotted, they should be not used again.

The touching between two heads of the mining car is forbidden.

The rail should be adjusted in no time when it is changed in shape, or the wheel of the mining car can be damaged and the mining car may jump off the rail.
