Application
This stepless rope winch is a normal track transporting device driven by wire ropes. It adopts the direct transportation of Working face groove, up and down in mining area and devices kinds of long distant,big angle, heavy. It is an ideal transport device which is able to replace the tradition small winch to finish the transporting progress. It can be used in metal underground mining track and the slope is under 30. This winch can not be used to transport worker, all device should be qualified with security certificate and effective duration. Do not shift gears while over-loaded or on the slope during working.
This stepless winch adopts the latest tech of wire driven winch, compared with traditional winch, it is tested more, it has following features:
(1) Easy to operate, reliable. It adopts compact structure and convenient mechanical driving system, which greatly raise its operational characteristics and reliability.
(2) Good adopting ability and it can be used under different situation. It can not only be used in undulating mining area but also in the tunnel which is full of device.

(9) Good safety, high efficiency, promising. It contents two kinds of speed killing system; direct transporting and no transfer, greatly reduces the labor and the number of manual back up, the management and the rate of accident can be reduced.
(10) Convenient to installing, the flexible structure makes easy to disassembly, the fixed wheel can enable it move quickly to cut the transport distant.
