The positive air duct

1. Application: It is applicable for positive pressure ventilation of local fan in coal mine, tunnel and underground.

2. Type: According to the fabric material, the fan is divided into positive pressure air duct of rubber type, plastic type, rubber and plastic type.

3. Structure and size

                            1-end ring       2-installation wire of suspended ring      3-ring      4-reversible side

Note:

a. Different size or special shape of the abnormal shape fan, elbow and tee-junction can be made according to clients’ needs.

b. Special requirements of the suspended ring and circle can be discussed by the seller and buyer.

c. Length of the air duct is 150-200mm with reversible sides on both ends.

4. Test report of air duct ventilation

Note: Every air duct is 10m.

5. The resistance to wind pressure: the wind duct should not be out of touch, tore apart and other abnormal situations. The Expansion                                                                              

     Ratio should not be over 3 percent.

     The determination of the resistance: the pressure inside the duct should reach 5000~5100 Pa, and maintain for at least 5min, and watch the duct to check whether there is out of            touch, tearing apart and other abnormal situations.

     The determination of the expansion ratio: during the determination of the resistance , use the ruler to measure the length of the duct, calculate the expansion ratio. 

6. Package, Transportation and Storage.

a. The duct ring should be flowed outside, packed with woven bags

b. During the shipment,crush,friction, sun shine and rain dropping should be avoided.

c. The goods should be stored in the place with good ventilation, it should not be piled too much to interfere the quality. The   

Used duct should be washed clean and airing dry before it can be folded and stored, it should not be touched with butter or  

plastic-made things, it should not be directly exposed to the sun shine or rain, the temperature should be between -15℃~35℃,

The relative wetness should be be between 45-75℃, and at least 1 meter away from the the heating recourse.

d. Under the proper situation of transport and storage, the duct is able to maintain its flame-proof ability for one year.

e. The duct selecting should be according to the real situation of the tunnel. All data of the turning head, tee and other abnormal

Data, also, the direction of the air flow should be taken into consideration.

f. It should be hung inside the tunnel to the horizontal level and straight,tighten the ring and every ring should be tightened,

Every breaking point should be repaired, the turning part should be light,the puddles should be removed to reduce the resistance.

( fixing method: wash clearly the breaking point, fix it with glue.)
