The KBSGZY serial of mining explosion proof movable transformer substation is composed with dry transformer, cable connector for mining explosion proof movable transformer substation. It is equipped with electricity leaking, locking down, over loading, short circuit, over pressure and undervoltage protection system. KBSGZY serial mining explosion proof movable transformer substation is a kind of substation device which can be used in underground mining. It can not only be used in the environment full of methane and other explosive gas but also in the environment in which the gas will not tor the steel.

Features 

Transformer iron core use high quality cold rolling Grain-Oriented thin silicon steel plate, adopt no punching hole colligation processing craft, decrease empty load loss of iron core and current of empty load. Have low loss, low noise features also. The body design with no hung core structure to avoid inside looseness during transportation. The body adopt H grade or C grade insulation material, have characteristics of hardness to burn, high fireproofing, no bringing harmful gases, no contaminating environment.

Adopt dupont Nomex-T410 insulating paper in winding circles and layers, efficiently ensure electric performance of circles, have strong heat impact resistance, high overload capability, excellent short-circuit resistance, good insulation performance, ensure transformer overload capability in short time.

Adopt international advanced VPI vacuum pressure dipping lacquer equipment and craft, use H grade no solvent insulation lacquer, to avoid causing long-playing part discharge then aging and been punctured due of remained bubble between winding circles or/and layers. Winding circles after dipping, drying and solidification improve its mechanical strength and dampproof performance.

High/low voltage switch use LCD demonstrating brainpower protector, have high reliability and stability, visual and simple operation, wide setting range, short step size, high control precision.

Comprehensive high voltage switch protection function, have overload, short circuit , undervoltage, over-voltage, transformer over-temperature protection functions ,can check various faults, and have long distance watching, remote controlling functions and so on.

Comprehensive low voltage switch protection function, have overload, short-circuit, electricity leakage protection and leskae closedown protection and phase imbalance protection and so on ; indicating system voltage, current etc . parameters in real time..

All low voltage side fault drive high voltage side breaker to break through signal cable, decrease break-down current, overcome low voltage side switch great current frequent breakdown fault of transformer substation, also overcome dead zone problem which is loop leakage from transformer low voltage winding group to low voltage feeding switch can not break down fault point.

High/low voltage switch have memory function: permanently store various data and can transmit recorded data. Equio(equip) with standard RS485 or CAN communication interface, easy to transmit data.
