The BRW500/31.5type emulsion pump can be made up to a emulsion with a RX500/25 type emulsion tank, mainly used to provide power resource for the props of the mid and thick coal seam. It is the biggest emulsion pump in the world now. It can be used in other ground hydraulic devices too.

This pump station is usually composed with two pump , one main tank and one side tank.

Structure features

*The horizontal five-plunger has multiple support, small flow pulsation and stable operation.

*The fourth grade engine drive (315Kw) with large power, the first grade cylindrical gear of speed cut. High shaft speed, small volume and light weight.

*New unloading valve with large flow. The road can exactly let the whole flow go through.

*The double cooling lubrication has low oil temperature and reliable lubrication.

*The five independent pump heads are convenient for maintenance.

*The liquid box can make emulsion liquid, keep the liquid level and stop the engine automatically if there’s low liquid level.
